He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Theodore Washington, Hattie Riley.

Robert is survived by his siblings; Gilda S. Washington - Rodgers, Archie Washington, Diana Washington, Arthur (Vonnie) Washington, and a host of Relatives and friends.
