Richard George Rittenhouse, Sr.,78, entered in eternal rest on July 7, 2015, surrounding by his loving family at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 146 Coleman Loop, Hardeeville, SC. Interment will be private.

Survivors are: wife, Tammy Rittenhouse; nine children and their spouses, Dennis Mora, Brian Rittenhouse, Rich Rittenhouse, Mitch Rittenhouse, John Rittenhouse, Patrick Rittenhouse, Denise Simmons, Daniella Rittenhouse, Stella Chippews; siblings, Lenny (Leonard) Rittenhouse, Barbara Ensley, Mary Korhorn and June Dart; 26 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
