Rev. Byars is survived by children, Stanley T. Byars, Jr., Randall L. Byars, Valerie J. Byars, Ronald E. Byars, Walter A. Byars, Kyle K. Byars, Juan L. Byars Muhammad and Andre B. Byars and a sister, Doris Byars Glass.
