Williams,85, slipped into eternal rest on September20, 2012 at Savannah Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, SavannahGa.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time  but will be announced at later date by Stiney's Funeral Home.Funeral service will be held at 11:00 Tuesday September 25,2012 at St. Mark Baptist Church 131 Bellinger Hill Road,Bellinger Hill SC. Interment Cooper Cemetery Hardeeville SC. "To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die..."                                              Ecclesastes3:1-2Mrs. Mary Lou Knight-Williams was born October 8, 1926, to the late Mr. Harry Knight and Kate Roper. She was born inLevy, South Carolina and was educated in the Jasper Co.public school system.She later moved to Savannah Ga. where she met her husbandEarl Williams.Mrs. Williams was of the Baptist faith and attended St. MarkBaptist Church.On Thursday, September 20, 2012, she departed this life atSavannah Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was dearlyloved by her family and many, many friends. Her departure will truly leave a hole in the hearts of those who loved her.She was preceded in death by: husband Earl Williams, foursisters, Victoria Blackwell, Rozella Chisholm, Edan Mae Johnsonand Margaret Grant.She leaves to cherish her many memories: Three sons, EarlWilliams, Jr., Erving Williams, and Stanley Hayward: eightgrandchildren, Latoya Williams, Ervin Williams, Victoria Williams(Tavaris), Nicole Williams, Stanley Williams, Stanley LeeHayward, Jr., Eric Williams, and Akeya Bannister: Fourteengreat grands: Three sisters, Dollie Chalmers (William), EmilyOrr, and Helen Knight: Brothers, Harry Knight: significant other,Rufus Johnson: and a host of other relatives and friends.
