Kelvin's early life was spent in Hardeeville, SC where he graduatedfrom Jasper County High School, Class of 2005. He had a passionfor becoming an Artist, playing video games, as well as his love for basketball.He took his eternal rest on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Kelvin isproceded in death by his uncle, Mr. Raymond Kelly and cousin,Kelly L. Anderson, both of Hardeeville SC.Left to cherish his memories a parents, Kelvin and Mary Wiggins Sr, one brother, Jamarcus Wiggins; one sister, Ashanti Adams Wiggins, both of  Hardeeville, SC; grandparants: Mr. Rufus andMary Wiggins, Sr., Mr. James and Vernese Kelly , all of Hardeeville,SC; a host of uncles, cousins and friends; a very special cousin,Kiara Wiggins; five golden friends: Mr. Marcus Horne, Mr. Emmanuel McCarthan, Mr. Kareem McCarthan, Mr. Jay Fields andMr. Alvin Fields, all of Hardeeville SC
