Entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 17, 2017, Mr. Johnnie Lee Ford SR a retired mechanic at Waste Management of Hardeeville, South Carolina.
Mr. Ford was preceded in death by his father, Mr. George Ford, Sr. and siblings, Alfredia Palmer and Leori Washington.
Mr. Ford is survived by his mother, Mrs. Lillie M. Ford; children, Johnny L. (Candice) Ford, Jr., Marquez Ford, Octavia P. (Emanuel) Roberson, Sr., Maureen Chisolm, Shanika L. (Allen) Williams, Latrese Chisolm, Geneva Regusters and siblings, Nathaniel (Beverly) Washington, George Ford, Jr., Albertha (Bennie) Brown, Georgian (Elijah) Parker, Rebecca Drayton, Albertha (Thaddeus) Frazier and Barbara A. Ford.
Wake service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Greater Pentecostal Temple, 5905 South Okatie Highway, Hardeeville, South Carolina. (He will lay in state at 5:00 pm at the church.)
The relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of life on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Greater Pentecostal Temple, 5905 South Okatie Highway, Hardeeville, South Carolina. Interment Cooks Landing Cemetery, Hardeeville, South Carolina.
