Joe Dorothy FrazierMrs. Joe Dorothy Frazier, 80, slipped into eternal rest at herresidence on Sunday March 25, 2012. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced at a later date byStiney's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday March 30, 2012 from First African Baptist Church, 70 Beach City Road, HiltonHead Island SC.Joe  Dorothy Cochran Frazier was born June 8, 1931, in Jacksonville, Flordia, the daughter of the late George Cochran andthe late Ruth Henson.  She was raised by Marian Cochran.Joe Dorothy married  Nathaniel Frazier on August 10, 1981.  Sheis preceded in death by one son, Clinton Alfonso Cochran.Sister Frazier was a member of the First African Baptist Church,where she served faithfully in the Senior Choir, Missionary andWomen Auxiliary. Joe Dorothy was employed for 18 years with theKaren Fronz Family and for 30 years with the Knapps Family.Her legacy of love will be missed by her loving husband, NathanielFrazier; three granddaughters; two grandsons; great-grandsons-inlaw; daughter-in-law,  Paula Cochran; one sister, Annie Lee Taylor of New York, NY: godson, Maurice White; sister-in-law: Madeline Chisolm (Eddie Sr.) and Jannie Lee Washington (Jake Sr.), all of Hilton Head Island, SC; Sarah Lee Young of Pompano, FL: Louise Hendrix (Dan) of Mount Dora, FL; brother-in-law, Lester Young (Joyce Marie) of Hilton Head Island, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
