Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February  2, 2016, Ms. Jannie Mitchell of Miami, Florida formerly of Okatie, South Carolina.

Beloved daughter of the late Mattie Mitchell; mother of Gloria Finch, Catherine Mitchell, Larry Mitchell, Toledo Murray, Marthena Mitchell and the late Bobby Mitchell; sister of Mattie Mae Williams and the late Prince Mitchell, Rev. Ben Mitchell, Leon Mitchell, Willie Mitchell and Carrie Saunders.

Viewing will be on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Edith Brown Memorial Room of Stiney's Funeral Home.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 2725 North Okatie Highway, Ridgeland, South Carolina.  Interment Jackville Cemetery, Bluffton, South Carolina.
