God closed those loving eyes of Herbert Young Jr. on the morning of August 6, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

Herbert leaves to cherish precious memories to his parents Herbert Jenkins Sr. & Margaret Young, his devoted wife Carolyn E. Young, children; Thomas (Sheryl) Edwards, Carolyn Edwards, Lindsay Johnson, siblings; Mildred Jackson, Mitch Young, Yetta Stanford, Kevin Stanford and a host of other relatives  and sorrowing friends.

Public Viewing will be held on  Friday August 10,2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Edith S. Brown Memorial Room of Stiney's Funeral Home.

All relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of life on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at New Church of Christ, 280 Parris Island Gateway, Beaufort, SC 29906. Interment Rephiraim Cemetery, Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC
