"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27
We belong to God; Not only for a few fleeting years that we call life, but for eternity. God is on both sides of the river. He walks with us doing our earthly life and is there to receive us for our eternal life. We are in God's presence in life, death, and everlasting, yet we must cross the river to receive our crown of life. To my beautiful family members and friends on Tuesday ,January 6, 2026. I turned my back and left it all when I saw God waiting for me on the other side. I know my life appears to be brief, but I've lived an exciting and full life. God afforded me many wonderful opportunities, so don't question him about sending his angels sooner than we all planned.
On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, God in his Infinite wisdom and mercy saw Harold Collins Jr, 55, of Hardeeville SC, had finished his assignment here on earth and called him home. He was the loving son of the late Mr. Harold Collins Sr and Mrs. Julia Graham Collins. Jr, as he was affectionately known as had a golden heart and would help anyone in need if he could. His pleasant sense of humor and bold personality always made it an honor to be in his presence or simply have a conversation with him. He cared deeply for his family and friends. Saying Jr will be greatly missed is an understatement but knowing that he is at peace now helps with the healing process. Harold will always be loved and will always be in our hearts.
