Life has many struggles, and with the help of God, we are equipped to overcome the obstacles in our lives. Today is a challenging time in our lives, but we keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me." To those I am leaving behind, remember the good and troubled times, the laughter, the journey I've walked over the years, the exceptional life I lived until the very end. I know that my sudden departure has created a gloomy situation in each of your lives but keep smiling and surely the sun will eventually shine through because death is inevitable. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest I truly was blessed to live the life God promised.

Mr. Elijah Fields,67, of Hardeeville, SC answered the Master's call and entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at PruittHealth in Walterboro, SC.

Walk through viewing will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Stiney's Funeral Home "Chapel".

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 11:00am at Fisher Chapel United Methodist Church 445 Church Rd. Hardeeville SC 29927.
