Our Beloved Ebony B. Stiney transitioned from this earthly life to take her rest on October 15, 2018.
Ebony leaves behind memories to her parents; Milton Ragin & Janet Stiney- Ragin; her loving son Jalen N. Stiney, siblings Shermar R.(Sonja) Ragin , Milton Ragin, Sharay (Curley Jacobs) Ragin and a host of sorrowing family and friends.
